The 1930’s Tortoise Bakelite Bangle has Brass Wire Details. Embossed Victorian Ball Buttons Hang as Charms & are Accented with 1920’s Caramel Glass Disk Beads with 1950’s Filigree Bead Caps. A Bakelite Wedge Tortoise Button Hangs from the Signature.
